Your loyalty program is set up and operates in your POS / CRM / ERP (or other specialized system) with certain features functioning as add-ons through JETCARDS®. This hybrid solution is used for the following scenarios:

• Implementation of a referral program with JETCARDS®
• Accrual of bonuses, points, or issuance of coupons (promo codes) via JETCARDS® for specific events, such as:
• Client or referral registration
• Client or referral card activation
• Client adds card to Wallet
• Purchase by a client or referral
• Client's birthday
• Сlient hasn’t made a purchase in a while (e.g., six months)
• Client submitted feedback for NPS
• Other recurring events (every day, every Monday, every 1st of the month)

How does the referral program in JETCARDS work for your brand?

• Each of your customers receives a unique referral link for its loyalty card, accessible on the back of the card.
• The back of the card can also contain short rules for your referral program.
• Customers can share their referral link via:
• QR code of the pass / card (Apple Wallet & Google Wallet).
• The “Share” action for the card (in Apple Wallet).
• Copy and send the link from the back of the card (Apple Wallet & Google Wallet).
• When a new customer registers using the referral link, the referrer's card number is automatically assigned in the "Referrer" field. This data can be used for analytics.
• After referral registration, referral phone number confirmation (card activation) or referral purchase, the referrer or referral receives a message, bonus or coupon (promo code).
• JETCARDS® can automatically transfer the referral bonus to your system.
• Bonus amounts can be customized and vary across customer tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum, VIP).
• Referral bonuses can be redeemed by referral or referrer according to your loyalty program’s terms & conditions.
